KG relies on not scripts but admins watching. RM and mratio worked for a while until I got lazy. Now I use PMR and it's working fine.

You should not cheat on every torrent just because it's new.
The S/L ratio is an important thing to, wait a bit till the new uploaded torrents have a decent ratio and you should be fine.

I cheated on a lot of trackers but that was in my past. Now I'm cheating only to few:
Bit-HDTV - easy to cheat. Using speeds from 300-500kb/s and no problems.
Bit-HQ - easy to cheat. Using speeds from 100-300kb/s and no problems.
DVDQuorum - easy to cheat but with precautions as my real speed there is very slow. Tried it only with 30-60kb/s. Don't know if they care at all. I don't use it much so I might check with higher speeds.
Torrents.ru - extremely easy to cheat. Speeds with more than 1mb/s and no problems
ITS - fairly easy to cheat. Using speeds from 40-70kb/s as of my ISP speed. No problems
Pretorians - easy to cheat. Using speeds from 200-500kb/s and no problems

if it was a pack, most of the leechers are likely to be partial seeders! that would explain your ban..

You can check that by looking at the tracker peerlist.
BTW, when I think of tracker peerlists.
Important
The speed shown in the tracker peerlist for a certain peer isn't the actual speed but the average.
Means every reported speed is added and divided by the amount of announces until you stop and restart a torrent.
For example after the first announce you're speed is 800KB/s.
And in the second announce you report a speed of 200KB/s, after the second announce your shown speed won't be 200KB/s but 500KB/s. ((800+200)/2)
So it's possible there isn't any traffic although some peers seem to upload at a certain speed.
So always be careful and don't take it easy just because there's some speed shown.
This only applies to the speeds shown in the tracker peerlist.
