OK, so lets say I want to take my "seedbox" to the next step on a more secure tracker ? Should I compile Transmission 1.06 and run RM in wine if I am using Linux to try and use the memory reader. Is there an easier way ? Any suggestions as how to go about this in the safest manner ? Thanks

Downloading "portable Ubuntu for Windows" and sniffing a Transmission peer_id and key would be the best. You could use the memory reader on the portable's process, but that'd take a lot of time as it uses a lot of RAM

Give us more information, were you using memory read? Which speeds and torrent name please.
