They are appealing the ruling so we will have to wait longer to see what happens.

    fingers cross for them!

Since there were some chit chats about Warner Bros. acquiring most (almost all) equities of TPB,so I don't care anymore of what happens to the trial if that was true.I just hopefully wait for some extraordinary thing to happen over there.

LOL, the Warner Bros and TPB thing was an April Fools joke. I believed it, then the next day I saw something explaining it was a joke.

lool, are you serious ? anyway,I expected something like this to happen since too many firms/organizations were already been damaged due to copyrighted infrigment actions TPB was charged with.

Yes, he is. The TF article about WB's "purchase" got me for a few minutes before I realized it was April the 1st

Ya, me too. I just about p***ed my shorts after reading that one, I recall.
That would have been an interesting news maker had it been for real.

Appeals take time, so I don't think that they're going to jail right away, yes??

They are still free and thier has been alot of controversy about the conviction from a legal and possible corruption standpoint. I'm sure, though, that BrokeP and crew won't serve all of that anyway if they don't get it overturned. It did upset me very much as well. Love live the WB's tPB crew! Hopefully we will hear something new soon.

well, you know considering their history of making a mockery of things and basically filling in the gaps with ludicrous and ridiculous portrayals of their opponents, in all honesty, maybe all that they'll get is some fine.

And then they'll write a cheque on the side of a cow or something. I mean really now.......writing a cheque on a designated bank drafted paper-cheque isn't law in many country's.

One only need to 'write' a cheque on something. Could be anywhere...on an eggshell even...LOL. That'll be funny if they'd do that.
