Use TCP listener: binding to ports always means a security risk, no matter how small.
Stop uploading...: this option may noy work properly.

DCP torrents are packs and therefore full of partial seeders - you were faking on a torrent without traffic and that's most likely what got you banned.
Until I was banned (for an unrelated reason), I used to fake on the What.cd Windows Toolbox torrent (freeleech, download it first) every time I needed buffer, and that worked perfectly.

If used on a well chosen torrent to fake on, then I guess there's no problem. But remember that this setting will make you cheat all the time regardless the number of leechers connected.

at everyone, you can use the Utorrent Mods like Noreport etc on What. I used it and was never banned or such.
I was only banned for RM. Not for the Hex mods

Sorry to disagree but I'm not so sure about that, as I've seen many posts advising to avoid moded Ut clients in trackers like what.cd or waffles.
Where and when were you banned using RM? Which settings etc?

I have used ut mod with fake up 8x and the account it was fine until i have tryed to cheat with mratio ...it was my longest account on what.cd ..1 mounth and 2 weeks
so i think that if you use only ut mod with fakeup ..you will be safe..but you have to stay on seed long enough and have pacience.and don't aspect to create a high buffer...only 2 total ratio max.
Hmmmmmnnnnn, that was weird. I've always thought that the Hex mods were a bad idea on high-level trackers. :/ Makes me wanna try them.
