Its staggering to see how quickly (relatively) Sweden has changed its stance on file sharing/copyright etc from not so long ago.
Reading the article I see from the comments that these two guys are scene so I'm guessing that this type of "enforcement" will be more frequent real soon in Sweden.

It surprised me too, since Sweden kind of had a reputation for being relaxed about piracy. Although the two filesharers being sceners balances for this - perhaps because there were "other" interests, look at law enforcement agencies that were invloved.
