Tested on several tracker with success, including:
TL, SCC, FTN, What.cd, PTN, BCG, TVT, Hdbits, Waffles, iplay, TheBox, Scenehd, RevTT, Thevault, Supertorrents, Nordic-T, C-Zone, FSC, FTWR, AOM, KG, CN (Cosa*****), and many many more

Requirements:
Windows XP or higher.

.Net Framework 2 installed to work properly.
If you don't have it you can get it here:

It also requires 3 dll files already included with the release:
XPTable.dll
VDialog.dll
EmuDb.dll

Full permissions on the main folder (the one that contains mRatio.exe).
Full permissions to access internet and to receive connections on the chosen port.

Important:

Make sure you apply the EmuDb fix before running the program - it fixes the buggy Azureus and Deluge emulations! Also, don't use the rTorrent spoof, and don't enable scraping when using the BitTornado emulations - the official BitTornado doesn't scrape.

Furthermore, since the port isn't generated randomly but is fixed, change it before using the program. Don't use the standard port!

some weeks ago i did by mistake run utorrent and azureus at the same time, utorrent was minimized so i didnt see, booth was downloading same torrent and after maby 5 or 6 houers, i checked my ratio and i had no ratio reported to tracker? i wasnt cheating at that time and i asked a mod why it was so, he checked and said i maby forgot to close dht (DHT also when its on it randomly report nothing to tracker) but i didnt have it on then.

Was the torrent freeleech? Were you running the official uTorrent, or a hacked mod? I doubt you'll find someone who has run two clients downloading the same torrent at the same time, since this is risky.

Regarding DHT, I don't think that's true - if such a bug existed, it would have already been found by clients' developers. The only risk to a private tracker account DHT can pose is that if you're running a DHT-Patch mod, you may upload to peers found through it which most likely aren't tracker members, and therefore report a higher uploaded amount.

It's been successfully tested there - no idea about speeds, though.

Even the PMR works at SCC, so you should be fine.

vannelli87 has successfully faked at 800kB/s there, if I'm not mistaken.

Just keep your hands off the Deluge and BitTornado 0.3.17 emulations, and don't enable scrape if you've chosen the Azureus one.

That's right. I couldn't get to check if the rTorrent emulation is buggy, but it seems to be, and as rT is a command-line, Linux-only client, if you have somehow revealed you're not a Linux user you're screwed.

rtorrent spoof is buged, they see diferent announce. its confirmed ( i was banned ) so dont use rtorrent
