Known Issues:
Client spoofing with plugin to peers is NOT implemented.

Installation:
1. Download and install Azureus 4.0.0.2 (Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download).
2. Delete the "plugins" folder in %PROGRAMFILES%\Azureus (C:\Program Files\Azureus).
3. Extract the RAR using WinRAR (WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files) or equivalent to %PROGRAMFILES%\Azureus (C:\Program Files\Azureus) and overwrite ALL files.
4. Go now to the install dir. It is important to delete or make a backup of the old Azureus2.jar (Azureus2.jar.bak) after that rename Azureus2_4.0.0.2_403.jar file to Azureus2.jar
5. Run Azureus and Enjoy!

Troubleshooting:
Before posting problems please make sure:
1. You have updated Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to version 6 (Java SE Downloads).
2. You have removed the Azureus folder in %PROGRAMFILES% (C:\Program Files\Azureus).
3. You have removed the Azureus folder in %APPDATA% (The folder may be hidden).
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Azureus for XP
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Azureus for Vista
4. Reinstalled Azureus using the package from Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download
5. Re-applied the hack from the downloaded RAR.

Warning: Performing steps 2 and 3 will wipe your torrent list and Azureus settings.

How do they want to detect fake download if they can't detect fake upload?

Doesn't make any sense

I've never heard of a tracker which had scripts against fake downloading....

i upload too much and i must decrease ratio i think.because it looks like too much like Ratio: 650.23

i ask this some time ago but was for utorrent but now i am using the vuze so i have donwload one big file 45 gb blu ray i start to download and the vuze crashed or freezed [ is stoped ] i know i have to do something in to write disc i think i don´t know what how i fix this ???

one more question i am using the fake upload spedd ++

and in this setting "on every update try to add x peers " should i select this or not or if so what settings is better to use ??

Have you given Vuze some minutes to make sure it's really frozen? It could simply be that it's slowly allocating the 45 GB.

You can try removing the torrent, going to Tools -> Options -> Files, ticking "Allocate and zero new files on creation", and then re-add it. After it's added, give it some time.

question, i was using clientspoof h1.0b emulating Azureus 2.5.0.4 and this porn tracker i tested i it on detected it was an emulated client. the torrent was queued, but was set to scrape for seeds/peers.

i can't remember the exact error message, but the tracker status said something like, "Scrape Error: does not work with an emulated client."

then i turned the spoof off and restarted and proceeded to download. i did not try to download with the spoof on. the reason i use the spoof is the view the announce strings in the clientspoof log. the log does not work if spoofing is off. is there a plugin that can log the tracker announces?

You can have hundreds of torrents loaded and faking at the same time (of course this depends on your PC's processing power), so I don't think it's crashing just because of 23 torrents. Try deleting/renaming/moving the %appdata%\Azureus folder.

If you want to emulate Azureus 2.5.0.4, use the perfect spoof rather than the clientspoof by plugin and the risks it implies:

To enable the perfect spoof, close Azureus first, then go to the Vuze directory, open AzureusSpoof.properties, edit it:

#Enter valid version numbers otherwise you'll be detected as Unknown/Fake client

Save it, and re-open Azureus.

You can use smsniff to view announces.

Bin heute mal der Anleitung gefolgt aber AZureus möchte auf den Tod nicht starten. Ständig kommt ien Javafehler, dass eine main class nicht gefunden wurde oder so.
Dabei habe ich heute morgen noch mein System ganz frisch aufgesetzt...habe mir daraufhin mal uTraitor angeschaut, aber der kommt für mich nicht in Frage...außer NoUpload MOds rühre ich nix anderes an :(
