    Atlas (2024)

    Atlas (2024) PG-13 | Action, Adventure, Drama, Sci-Fi, Thriller

Plot: - A bleak-sounding future, where an AI soldier has determined that the only way to end war is to end humanity.

Discussion Topic 1: - Who all like these types of movies where AI tries to take over the world? I definitely do because of the way we are headed. Most people are getting sacked from their job and being replaced by AI. Very soon were going to have a problem just like this or wherein we are slaves to AI in more ways than we can imagine.

Discussion Topic 2: - Did you know movies such as Atlas that Netflix makes is done with the "The Netflix Formula," It basically means that even though the content isn't for everyone. But, they can relate to it. Netflix choose her because people can relate to her. Did you know that Netflix made Adam Sandler the highest paid actor in 2023. He’s a great actor but the success and business he’s getting comes from Netflix’s strategic decision. The platform uses data to select the ideas that already work for their audience.

Discussion Topic 3:- Who all asked ChatGPT in the early stages of its release whether or not it planned to take over the world? Or kill human beings as it grew more sentient? This movie Atlas got to think about this incident. Back then ChatGPT was fun to use as it had very few restrictions. I remember using it to write code for my website and it was super helpful then. Now it is just junk with all the restrictions and limitations imposed on it.

Something tells me humanity is safe for at least another year.

For more than one given the rate at which AI is being taught and self learning. This is what it does.
