No idea, but according to the reporter, after searching for the software name “mRatio” and the internet told him it's a cheating tool, he went back to the seller with questions, and the seller just explained to him “being installed with this software on a VPS or server is exactly how every seedbox works, nothing to make a fuss about”.

suggestion:
1. the same torrents info hash but only different trackers (load the tracker to existing torrent) .

BitTorrent clients do not account for traffic on a per-tracker basis, so when you add trackers to a torrent, all of them will always get the same reports. This has led to many bans for alleged ratio cheating. Nowadays it's commonplace to automatically add a tag inside the info dictionary to make .torrent files unique, so this is less of a problem than it used to be, but can still occur.

mRatio basically acts like this to protect you from yourself. The only suggestion I have is running multiple instances, Fixer includes two methods to do that.
