    Some info about DMCA

if somebody is to stupid to send a dmca notice proper -sending her on google with your main index instead of website/takedown.url - what is to do ? considering the google has taking down your main url from the search engine instead of the right one

When this happens, you have to send a counter-notice. I've never done it, but the following article seems to explain it pretty well.

yeah but google mention that counter notice are taken seriously only outside the case

Please note: If the content on the page was infringing at the time the original removal request arrived, your counter notice is not legally valid. Do not submit a counter notice if there was illegal content, even if it's now been remove
the post was infringing just that they've sent the wrong link

You can still send a counter-notice. If the specific link reported via DMCA does not actually contain the alleged infringing content, the notice is invalid, even if said content is somewhere else in the same site.
