Using extreme mod, the Fake Upload "ratio mode" worked with me using the settings your provided but using intelligent mode and NOT ticked the "When in seeding list continue increasing ratio with real upload" option.

Also the Fake upload "speed mode++" working using the intelligent mode ratio between 1.3 - 1.8 with this option checked

"Stop faking when the following ratio is reached"

    and speeds between 500 KB/s - 5 MB/s but I set it to 10 MB/s if I used

"Stop faking when swarm speed is zero"
"Use the swarm's average speed as fake upload speed"

Notice though the mentioned settings are the careful ones when cheating there, you can go much higher but depends on the torrent. The more popular the release, the higher and safer you can get. There are many other options and modes and even clients like mR tried and working there but this is the most tested with extreme mod.

If you did it with every torrent, it's no wonder you got banned

What exactly is not working? Are you able to download the .torrents? Check if you're not trying to dl any torrent with wait time. If its an issue with the client itself, or the greedy application, more info could help a bit.

Edit: I'm assuming this issue is only present with this tracker in particular?

What's the tracker response in your client when the torrent is operating? Did you set GT to listen to the same port as the client? If you can, post a screenshot of those, WITHOUT showing your passkey or any info that might lead to your account.

I seem to recall IPT uses an HTTPS tracker, which GreedyTorrent isn't compatible with. You'll have to set a non-secure announce URL (if available) for their torrents, or use another program.

The response is: connection closed by peer
Another info, the person who gave me the invite says that GT works perfect for him on IPT.

Yes I did set GT to listen to the same port as the client. I mean it is all as instructed, and I did not do that alone, a friend who uses GT for 5 years helped me. We just cant figure out what is the problem.

How can I set a non-secure announce URL?
Any suggestions what another program should I use?
    Tnx in advance :)

Right-click one of the torrents that doesn't work and click on Properties. You'll see a list of announce URLs at the top. For each, copy the left half (i.e. everything to the left of a long alphanumeric string, which is your passkey and should never be posted publicly) and post them here. This will let me know if my theory is correct and suggest solutions.

    Used 14 torrents uploading at 50MB/s (51200 KB/s) on RatioMaster+ 2.1.
Got 3.5 TB + in just over 2.5 hours
    My account is fine.

Used the same settings on TL. It's alive too

can fake leeching a big torrent (e.g. 30GB) be detected? forget the reasons for a minute.
if I fake leech, my account takes a 30GB hit and that's fine.
but wouldn't the overall balance of the torrent show a 30GB downloaded that nobody uploaded?

I'm 80% sure someone once did that to bring his ratio down and ended up getting caught, but I don't recall the specifics.

On a general note, fake download is still fake traffic (just in a direction opposite to the usual), and can be detected just as easily. In practice, scripts are less likely to look for it, since for obvious reasons it's rarely done.

I was banned on freshon a few years ago for fake downloading. I hadn't even started to fake upload.

When did you do that? x)
The problem with such extreme method is that it leaves clues, a simple sql query on their DB will reveal these kind of cheats :/
This is my signature. There are many others like it, but this one is mine.
