Word of advice for anyone using debrid services on Gazellegames such as Debrid-Link and others. Apparently from Gazellegames, they said they noticed debrid services cheating, which in return made my account locked. If you are using a debrid service on gazellegames, please DO NOT use it!

It's a well-known fact you shouldn't use debrid services on any private trackers, and this is why.

Using the same name here as on trackers, and publicly posting a conversation where you supplied staff with links to your other accounts (and which they can now look up via GGn username alone), is similarly unwise... and I guess your "community standing" wasn't good enough.

I had to search of debrid services means. Surprisingly such services reports back fake data to the tracker. If it was just downloading, I guess it could be kinda more safe to download a torrent once every month that way to seed it from your machine once downloaded. That way it would be like a temp seedbox. It would be still unsafe but surely is better than reporting back fake data lol.

However, GGn is a cabal tracker so I would not expect them to act any differently !

Did you? They've been a thing for at least 12 years now. Started as premium link generators (get access to all file hosts for just $5 a month!) and then expanded, a few even advertised in this forum.

Anyway, they're known to cheat, ghostleech, use nonstandard torrent clients and rarely seed, making them anathema to private trackers... as we can see.

Hmmm, there. were many tries to leech torrents turning them into direct links. It was safe to say that all here knew that never use private trackers with such services, certainly not cabal or limited userbase (aka community) tracker. However, such services reporting back fake data were never known to me. I mean this is not injection of peers or p2p level faker but actual tracker faker and would not benefit the actual downloading process in anyway. I guess I do not see the reasoning/motiviation behind it

Neither do I, really. My best guess is that whoever coded those things thought reporting some upload traffic would "look more realistic" without considering the potential consequences.
