As some of you know who use Linux/GNU OS, Fedora is an off-shoot of Red Hat Linux. Fedora is known to be on the cutting edge of using the latest softwares and kernels. As such, you should or might want to delay the latest updates for awhile before actually installing them (Just my own experience!).

But if you like, you can also find that and additional info throughout the net.The Thursday before a planned Fedora release (whether alpha, beta, or final), we hold a meeting with key groups including engineering, quality assurance, and release engineering to decide if the release is “Go” or “No Go” — last week, it was the latter, but with the remaining blocker bugs ironed out, Fedora 22 beta is now Go. Expect to see it Tuesday morning!
