I am apparently _way_ too skinny and want to start working out. I don't like going to gyms though. I've tried it and I just can't be arsed to be honest.
Any pointers? I've started doing push ups and sit ups on a daily basis and do about 150 and 300 each. I've noticed a difference already, but kinda wanted to buy dumbells now. Or maybe a chin up bar that hooks into the doorway? Guide me please~ :3

I have to agree though, when I'm buying a house and I'll live either alone/with a gf or wife I'll definitely do this.
I have a gym at work but I rarely use it. That's because my colleagues are idiots and make stupid pranks.any bodybuilding fan here?
I don't like going to gyms though.
But otherwise I would go every day.
The gym at work is mostly treadmills and i rather just run outside :T
Our gym is very good. Huge space, all types of work-outs plus the fact that no one is using it. I mostly have the entire gym to myself.
You wouldn't believe how quiet it is, you litterally hear your thoughts.
If u're too skinny m assuming u have a fast metabolism... U have to increase your carbs n calories intake plus start taking some protein too.. Eat after every 3 hours even if u don't want to just eat.. It'll b tough for few days after that ur body will adapt n u'll start to feel hunger after every 3 hours :) . N drink plenty of water
Plus pushups n situps will increase ur stamina.may b seeing a little progress now but it's not for long. Trust me these are not the exercises to build up mass.. U'll see soon..
U gotta hit the GYM n don't do cardio coz u don't need it.. Plus get a GYM partner .. Once u have a partner u'll never miss gym n it'll b fun n u'll b addicted to it.. It has become part of my lifestyle.. Like my own personal bag of heroine but only better.. anti depressant..
Join a GYM n do let me know.. I'll give u your exercise routine plus diet plans too.. N don't worry just coz u'll lift u're not going to become a muscular monstrous lady.Its just a myth.It takes a lot more than that to become that trust me... u'll have a awesome killer rocking body like that of fitness models.. Start doing squats too.. everyone loves a Awesome booty

I always think when I hear women say they fear "bulking up", please show me a bulked up women. I can't say I've ever seen in the flesh a bulked up women, not once in the general public, at the gym, pool, or beach, etc. I see lots of over-fat women, but never an over-muscled. It's too much fat that I think most men would not prefer. I've seen bodybuilding women who with steroids cause an appearance that looks abnormal to me but otherwise I never have seen the "bulked up" women. I don't think a man in general would prefer a weak, flabby women. I watch the Olympic women 100 meter sprinters and I don't think bulked up but how fast I run after one of these women!
