There is no right settings, I can only tell you what I always use (you can see my post in the other page), and as far I can tell, it was the "right settings", but with idiocy of my part. I had that account ever since torrentleech was born and only now i was banned, because i choosed the wrong torrent to cheat and forgot to put the right label in userenity

Here, this might help you out a bituSerenity Tutorial
It's the program I use, a description of it's every option and what they do (there are other utilities, some even more safe but i like this one and never had issues with it).
The options i use are fake upload from 100 kb/s to 150kb/s on good torrents (torrents that have many leechers) and 50 to 75 kb/s on old torrents (torrents that have few leechers) with the option to fake only when 5 or more leechers are connected.
I use the no upload option too to have more control on whats uploaded..
Like i said, there are no "right settings".. I used this settings on TB, bG, DemID and bitsoup and only got banned on TL because of stupidity and distraction on my part (choosed a REALLY POOR TORRENT, connected to ZERO LEECHERS, PUT THE WRONG LABEL=BANNED obviously).
My advice to you, since you're account is new, choose your torrents carefully, one that it's not too old, that has many leechers that can connect to you, be pacient and good luck
I am using ratiomaster and even though the fake download it's still about 10% the tracker flags the download as completed (as seen on Snatchlist) . This has happened many times and looks suspicious, what do I do?

got 5 years old account banned... thought it;s because up speed... so i register a new one upload for 1mb max (even showed proof from Speedtest to the stuff who examined may account and find it "cheater") and get banned after 1 week for "uploading 4 days old torrent's to fast"
WTH? is their algorithm get more aggressive?
I believe it's this reason that you got banned..
Old torrents are just that, OLD. There's, usually, very few people on those torrents so the speeds are reduced, both down and up, significantly. So if you're uploading 1mb on OLD torrents that the max REAL up speed would be, let's say varying from 10 to 50kb/s, it's obvious to the staff that you're cheating.. That's just my opinion though.

the torrent was 4 days old.. game of thrones released in Sunday upload it till Thursday that's not that old.. in particular with this kind of torrents which is very active even 2 week after release... correct me if im wrong?

Can you give more details about that torrent when you download it and upload it at the time, program used and it's settings?
Game of Thrones has a lot of seeders so if your upload speed is fast, you can get caught. Cheat on it while its new, for the first 2 days, after that reduce the cheating speed to 20 - 40 KBps otherwise there is a chance of getting caught.
up speed:1.1 mb/sn with leechers and always new torrents
2 months 150 gb upload
