Help me please the extreme mod (no fake upload speed)

Hi everyone

I installed Vuze 4.9 and Vuze Extreme Mod by SB-Innovation 4.8.1.3_B15 Beta but when i chose fake upload speed mod and i put the speed between 80 to 120 and start download the torrent there's no fake upload speed Fake Up Speed 0/B but when finish the downloading it start uploading please help I want to upload when I am downloading not when I am seeding.
