Dropcanvas interface is pretty easy to use and fresh. The uploading speeds where minimal with just triggering from 10-15kBps on the other hand the downloading is good with 150kBps.
ps: this reminds me of imgur's images uploading interface
Show respect to all people, but grovel to none
Wonder how long will it last before going on ads and wait restrictions.
Great to use when you're in a hurry or lazy.
I'm not too fond of these drap & drop applications and web services. Don't know about web browsers but when drag & dropiing files from one explorer.exe window to another it first copies that file to your temp folder and then copy/move it to the destination. reason: it doesn't exactly have a path to copy/move it to.
I recently replaced Windows Explorer with Total Commander (which I was already using in my laptop) for my desktop PC. The memory usage for explorer.exe, once you've opened enough windows, can go into three digits. In contrast, TC rarely uses more than 20 megabytes, and what's relevant to this thread, copies files directly.

Take a look at Q-Dir. It's free and has many features for faster file browsing.
Maybe it will suit you more.
