I think hex one like utorrent or like bitcomet will be enough for us if that possible .

Although Deluge is one of the best clients out there but it's not a lightweight (at least on windows) anymore but a simple mode for it will be totally welcomed just simple one because although it's not a lightweight on windows it's not yet like vuze.
