the max upload speed on mR is 1Gb/s, I would like to use RM on easy flash tracker with HUGE speed .
mR is definitely great for hard cheat trackers and bonus cheating.
^^Very true. The ability to add n number of torrents in mR definitely gives it an advantage in Bonus cheating. Also, RM is better for flashing(Huge quantities). So, in short, both are useful in different scenarios.
Remember when the maximum upload speed was like, 2MB/s?
