now, those outsiders will likely be unpleasantly surprised by the local attitude, probably even attacked if they step on someone's toe, but compare that to the usual societal organization: those acting against the current laws will also be most certainly persecuted if their actions become known to the state law enforcement structures - the attitude of these structures will also become an unpleasant surprise once the system starts chewing/devouring you - seems the so-called democratic establishment has some things in common with the fundamentalists after all
