you have to login to download torrents as usual , waffles method is for increasing your ratio(up/down) without being caught by the staff ...
all you have to do is follow these easy steps ...
1.download a small torrent using utorrent.
2.download a torrent 1-3gb file size add it to mratio or rm .
3.make sure you use memory reader.
for mratio you can select waffles method
for rm :
1.put up & down speed ex: 1024 & 900
2.use memory reader
3.start the torrent
4.2-3min before the update stop the torrent then start again till you reach 99.3% of the torrent then stop it again change upload speed to 0 and download speed to your real speed then start it again ...
5. after the torrent finish downloading let it seed for couple of days >=2

you need to explain more , do you get error msg or what?
My advice for posts like "Torrentday Can not cheat"... report them.

Hi all. I wanted to ask something. I tried this method and on my waffles snatchlist it shows that I have downloaded 2.6 GB even though the torrent was 1GB and uploaded amount is like 3.4 GB. Am I doing something wrong? And to clarify, I was using up speeds around 190 and down speeds around 160.

Are you sure you did everything right?
Are you using RM or mR.
I suggest you use mR because you can choose Waffles Method & it will stop automatically before the update & start again using 0 KB/s up & 0 kB/s down.
But remember before entering the new speeds again stop the torrent & repeat the process.
I wanted to get my ratio up on waffles so I downloaded a 1 GB torrent and loaded it into MR and set Up speed to around 190 and down speed to around 160. After that, I right-clicked on the torrent and selected waffles method. After that when the update time came round, the download wasn't fully done and it automatically started uploading and downloading at 0 kbps so I thought if the snatchlist would show that my torrent isn't completed, it might be suspicious, so I stopped the torrent, set the same speeds(190 up, 160 down) again and then started it with waffles method again so that the download would be completed, then when the download completed, Mratio automatically set UP and DOWN speeds to zero and I have been letting it seed at 0 speeds till now.
i have a been a member at waffles since last 6 months.. and my ratio is damn low as i never cheated..
but now i want to cheat on waffles, so what i did was downloaded a torrent and put it on mR used memory reader kept 1024 and 900 as up and down speed and used the waffles method.. so mR got stopped before update the torrent went yellow on mR and i stopped it there and i have started tat torrent on uT ...
but as soon i have started i got a error on as "Failure: You are trying to announce too frequently" but i am able to download on uT like a normal torrent.
my question is this make me look suspicious over there ? am i vulnerable ?
one more thing.. on the next update i see myself on the peerlist with upload speed as -3.06kBps
and on complete on downloading i see it changed to -1.06kBps.
am i gonna get banned ?

I dunno. Seems right to me too. I'll try another torrent and I'll post the results here.
you could try another method instead of waffles method, if you can't get waffles right.
But I think waffles is the safest for waffles ;-) and I don't wanna risk losing my account there...

if you use 190 kb/s why you use WM at all !!

WOW! Are you sure about these settings man? They seem AWEFULLY high! I used the speeds that I did because I wanted to be on the safe side. I think I'll give it a try with 8xx KBps upload and 5xx KBps. Think that's good or should I go with the ones in your post? My ISP provides speeds of upto 8Mb only.
