Following these methods won't guarantee faster traffic (in fact, encryption could end up slowing you down), but if you think your ISP is behind your disappointing speeds, it won't hurt to try.

LOL you will still be hanged up between your Dreamy settings & your ISP's default ones though I guess resetting ISP's prefrences wont hit the rocket !!

You best choice is probably to switch to an ISP that doesn't employ anti-BitTorrent traffic shaping.

LOOL go use Tor Anonmouser instead of shapping your own bandwith & be in the risk of loosing some of your bandwith since you are convinced you are a SMART Kid hahahaha <---- Most people do that concept you know lately !!
