Smile How To Stop Your ISP from Throttling BitTorrent Speeds

The Wired How To Wiki details several ways to get around ISP traffic shaping, from encrypting your traffic and changing your default port number to reducing or hiding your transfers. Following these methods won't guarantee faster traffic (in fact, encryption could end up slowing you down), but if you think your ISP is behind your disappointing speeds, it won't hurt to try.

But You Are still hooked up with your original bandwith which wont go bigger that much even if you applied some techniques such as "Encryption One-way transfers"

yes, seeding will be slowed down a little... but what's most important if using these is countering the throttling

the ridiculous part starts at the end.
You best choice is probably to switch to an ISP that doesn't employ anti-BitTorrent traffic shaping.
