The announcemenet from HDChina:

Please read carefully about the following two IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!

1.To filter users whose accounts were registered before Dec.31,2010

We decide to ban users whose accounts were registered before Dec.31, 2010 at Jun.10, 2011 if his total sum of uploading and downloading amount ranks among the last 3.3% of the entire users. Please inform the news to each other and thanks for your cooperation!

Currently we have 21342 users who signed up before Dec.31, 2010, 3.33% of which amounts to 711 users.Among those 711 users, the one who has the highest total sum of uploading and downloading amount is 65G (the data of users are dynamically changed, final accounts deleting will depend on the data of 00:00, Jun.10, 2011).

Donors，VIPs，uploaders or users with higher rank are excluded from the above content.

They'll ban users before 31 December 2010 (i'm on HDChina since 2009)......


but i can't understand this:

So? What i have to do? I don't understand the story of the 65G! 65G are 65 GB, right?

No, those 711 users whose upload and download together are the lowest will be banned.
The user with the highest sum who will be banned has 65GB, this means if you're upload and downloads together is higher than 65GB you're safe, at least for now.

btw, the 3.33% amounts has been updated to 106GB...
it's very easy to cheat there. just use WM and nobody can check this.
