    Personally I feel losing weight only around the face would not happen.Its the issue of complete body tonning.The more you tone your whole body,loose weight,cut the fats, the better chances are of loosing weight off the face.

    There is no such thing as spot reduction...

    You cannot lose fat in the face by doing facial exercises...You need to eat right and do a lot of cardio,which is basically what this article is about but with a lot more words...

    On cannot control where one's body stores fat...Say if all your fat went to your belly,no amount of ab crunches will reduce that fat...The abs will get stronger but underneath that layer of fat...
