Good news:
:)HD-bits.ro will be online next week, we are sorry for being offline all this time.
They should fix the cookie test and invite application pages. Both give MySQL errors.

Anyway, this tracker has constantly gone up and down recently, which is a shame since they were a very nice and easy to attain HD tracker.
