Because BitMeTV is the SCC of television and before you even add a torrent, those 10 leechers from the browse page will be seeding it already. Who are you supposed to upload to, then?

i used gt with download speed 90-100kb , and checked report my upload 3 times my download ... uploaded 24gb/day and account still working fine
