Im using proxy in uT when I just smt download from TG ( pl site ) works great, always max speed etc. But how can I cheat there? In RM -> network I set my proxy use MR and start, but time to uptade is working but nothing happen with UP .... On the site in my profile is showing this torrent but dont want cheat .... Why can i fix that?

Post your RM Log hiding your secret info so we can know where to start our troubleshooting!

there is nothing special to show u ... only my IP, windows version etc ...
Post an screenshot of the Network tab in the RM (concealing the proxy's IP).
If it's an HTTP proxy, it may help to switch from or to CONNECT mode.

Try it with HTTP CONNECT, then.

Then the RM doesn't like your proxy.
What are its settings in uTorrent, by the way?

just set HTTP put IP and port and works fine :) hmm when I give torrent my friend and he will be cheating for me it will be works?
