i have tried vuze extreme mode , downloaded a 3gb file and after that i found that my ratio is infinity ( no download or upload counted)

Judging by the settings you're showing, something went wrong at the tracker. I've had it too (only once though) that the tracker didn't mention any download and only upload

If the torrent's freeleech and the peer:seed ratio was lower than 10%, that's easy to explain.

seed:peer ratio isn't the same as starting to fake when a certain amount has been downloaded.
He's refering to the 10% higher up the image, i think

Or you can set both values to 0 so that the mod always fakes, and check what's up regularly.
