Either you didn't successfully prove to have magician skills (which is necessary for them to care about your application) or they aren't checking their mail too often.

once i had also applied for the invite that was way back 1 year ago for the invite i had got the questionaire to my email from the admin. it is like this

13. How long do you keep your files seeding?
14. What is your upload speed?
15. On what other torrent sites are you and what are your ratios there?
16. What do you do think you have to offer to AOM?
