I told my ISP I'm having trouble getting into some Counter Strike servers so they need to change my IP address. But they are being really naggy about it and insists on coming over and fixing my problem in some other way. If I can't get a new address, is there no way through which I can use IPT again without getting into trouble?

Not an issue. I don't think getting a different IP is top priority, since Gogeta has held dupes on the same address with no problems - they probably don't care. Of course, it's much nicer if you can change yours. And don't forget the other steps in my guide.Originally Posted by sitter

Yea they probably don't care. I even used my previous username (additional number).

That is true...I don't think IPT cares about IP at all. They don't IP ban either if you get banned.
Awesome! And I looked through your entire guide, it's really cool! I just wanted to add one thing, don't use the same password on the fresh account- assuming that the staff can dig up your password somehow. I don't know about you guys but I tend to lean towards having a single universal password for all sites that I sign up for.
I only wish that my ISP were like yours...
That's on the guide already. Any self-respecting site will not store passwords as plaintext, meaning the staff can't see users' passes, but it's still a good idea not to use the same one everywhere.

its a good idea to have different passwords and user names at different sites and if u have the same even if u dont get banned by cheating u might make get hacked for same passwords

genarally I choose smth like x8-x15 no more.
But on that day my upload really sucked and I put 42. I did it and... forgot 'bout runnig GTWent to dinner. When I came back I don't remenber in fact ... maybe 10 mins maybe 40. But 1 more time I realized how important it is to keep alert. IPT was ok but xnt wasn't (
