There are a lot of users in ro that sell acc and buffer true. I have a vrey strong opinion on this. Back in 2008 I had no trackers so I started to askk people arround for some invites. There were low-class trackers I was requesting. But every single one of them ended up with €˛ Trading or money. It never stopped...
And of course people buy the acc or buffer out of various reasons.

You can send 5-10gb upload to multiple accounts without getting flagged. Be wise and keep an hour or two difference between each upload. Anything over 10gb is flagged. If you keep giving upload credits to multiple accounts you are asking to get flagged as pointed out by others.
Another thing you can use is use two or three bg account and send 5-10gb from different accounts. I have used 2 accounts on bg from the same ip and no problems yet. Keep the upload credit below 10 and you should be fine.
