If i have what.cd account and i log in in some different ip but same country,does account can get banned ?

ip change within the country should not matter , people do change ISP's occasionally for better schemes , better speeds . but if account has a new country ip then obviously they will be 99% sure that you have traded the account and probably take some action unless you give them some valid explanation .
