TL (TorrentLeech), Keep getting connection errors

I keep getting connection error when i try to seed to torrentleech
and im to afraid they will check my account and notice im cheating if ill ask their support, so I came here... Please help me!

I saw a guide say i should "reset my passkey" or something like that... should I do that?
