lets see,

the noisy person will become even noisier (unless in the case of an heart attack or smth)

you might get tasered or shot afterwards (if the noisy one gets to elaborate on his panic attack or unless the security personnel acts in an extra tender way)

later on you get tortured, blacklisted or jailed/fined for making a stunt like that (that is, if you make it that far), possibly with similar outcome for your friends & family

then again, there are other ways to silence noisy passengers
