I'm not sure if Bibliotek or BitMe have it because I don't have accounts there

Limewire isn't the best for documents, try using eMule, Ares or one-click hosters.

Also be sure to use protection, IP filters and the possibly the SBI Secuity section in the mod, if using Butcho's mod v2.11 and rsa auto regen

Just checked Waffles and also Isohunt (as TPB is no more, I wanted to give another open torrent tracker a chance

), but unfortunatly I haven't found it...
Maybe you could Demonoid a chance as its another big torrent site. Maybe you'll have an lucky strike there.

I got confirmation that elbitz.net doesnt have it, but sign up anyway cos it might be useful to u later on

I tried link but they give many excerpts. Maybe in here you will be lucky to find thewhole book

emule I can find other stuff from Lee iacocca but not the one ur looking for.

Im sure you will eventually find it
