I think that's a problem only for some people that reside in Germany.Demonoid works here and with a German proxy

I'd assume only some German IP ranges are banned, then.

You can always use a proxy, they won't care.

Also, is the tracker also down for you?

Yeah, I've tried that one and it said it was up while all I got was a blank page. For a while I thought I was banned.

Most of the time you'll see an HTTP 403 error if banned.
