MakeTorrent v2.1 - Torrent editon tool
I was searching for some tool to edit .torrent files - this is what i foound for windows platform.
MakeTorrent is a .torrent file creation and edition tool.
It's is not a new application (mid 2004) but still does what it is supposed to.
It is also open source - Delphi.
