sorry for another bump but I'm still curious about the uTP thing, I've downloaded ut 2.0 beta 17427, what should I do now? any configuration to get that working?

You should use 2.1. Then, if "enable bandwidth management" is ticked, uTP is enabled. You don't need to do anything else.
