one needs to read the whole article on Wikileaks. There's just too much for me to comment on.

Suffice it to say that I'll give you an idea of what's involved here:

Wikileaks published a remarkable document October 4 by the INDECT Consortium, the Intelligence Information System Supporting Observation, Searching and Detection for Security of Citizens in Urban Environment. ........According to Wikileaks, INDECT's "Work package 4" is designed "to comb web blogs, chat sites, news reports, and social-networking sites in order to build up automatic dossiers on individuals, organizations and their relationships." Ponder that phrase again: "automatic dossiers."

It's Sci-Fi come to life.

Actually, the technology to observe these sort of communications already exists.

It's just being aware of them, how they're used, by whom, why, and who justify's them is the educational part of it all.

I don't know why, but I still believe that this is just pure fake in order to simulate how technology would reach far ends of human imaginations,and to prove that I didn't see them expecting those madly bombings taking place all around the world randomly by which those new technologies couldn't handle.

ok, firstly we could all agree that our governments (and their masters) want/need to be in control of our actions or at least be aware of what will happen in order to be prepared for it (the aim of intelligence gathering) - you can substitute the word 'us/our' by 'the enemy or subversive elements' if you want to keep it localized to that particular segment of society

in order to do so they need a network of human agents & computerized software/hardware that intercept/process information as it appears (or even before it gets released) in the media, on the streets ('chatter'), within targeted groups, on the internet and so on

now, Echelon may be a fictional system, but you can rest assured there exist other system(s) with pretty much the same characteristics (or even more advanced as technology is constantly advancing with new & improved methods being used by the system) with the purpose of acquiring & processing information in a mutual man & machine effort

in the prospect of the new world order, this is a scenario of high significance

another thing is that a majority of these computer (and other) improvements are used/tested/improved by the military some time before they actually reach the open market (if they reach it at all) as an inferior version for the masses - so they certainly have more powerful systems, the question is whether these systems are advanced enough to be able to digest the enormous amount of information released daily (for example on the internet) and at the same time whether they are able to extract relevant information & make conclusions that would yield successful actions producing desirable effects/results (in their interest)

remember how nowadays people laugh at computer 'prophecies' made just a few decades ago, you can imagine the next generations laughing at the 'prophecies' made today

as for those bombings - some are surely left unpredicted (most probably those with minor influence on the global events) as no system is perfect, but some of them are planned & their execution carefully prepared with cooperation/assistance/compliance from people that run/supervise these surveillance systems (examples: 9/11, attacks in london & madrid) serving to fulfill some government agenda (like the introduction of the patriot act, decreasing the level of citizen human rights/liberties, assuring votes/support for the invasion of iraq, getting other countries & their citizens to agree on these new actions, spreading global fear of terrorist attacks or from islamistic extremism, strengthening the usa military presence/position in the middle east, maybe preparing the stage for a new world war between the western countries & the islamistic countries,...)

Like AFRICOM and it's presence in east Africa on the pretense that it's there to protect or help the county develop in different capacities when it's aim is most likely parallel to what The Project for the New American Century proposes: expansion of an 'american empire' via military dominance, and economic security for the US itself.

What it says in the qoute is not entirely correct.

AFRICOM's objectives are far more widely spread than that. The above is but a pretense when taken into consideration what the Project for a New American Century want's to have developed. An expansion of the American empire.

One may go to their website and may read for himself.

As for a potential preparation of war between the Islamic countries and the west. That would be greatly unfortunate.
No one single person wins in such a situation.

Families die, people are without water, left without homes, left without infrastructure, etc...etc....

Does any one win when you have wars between any groups??

It's like The Crusades all over again.
An ideological or religiously based battle. Except it won't be ideological or religiously based.

So if that ever did happen, that'll be under the pretense of other things. Notably terrorism just like you say.

The real objective: The same as in Iraq. Oil, a foothold in the middle-east, an expansion of US military dominance in the region and of course, economic strength via the oil grab in Iraq.

It may start out small.
But with the participation of other groups or organizations that have a vested interest in the development of international events, things get into motion pretty quickly.

It really is neat to interpret international events and situations for what they really are, isn't it??
