in the usercp it is possible to request to be upgraded to a full member

anyway it is overall useless to do a request with zero posts or without any contribution.

if someone is thinking to be worth to be upgraded give it a try and write there at least a decent reason.

I think this is fair enough, although I'm now victim to the system itself; I can understand you'd want to keep the riff raff out of the important areas for starters, so no hard feelings here.

ya..its ok anon i understand i learn alot of things but the main thing at this time i dont have time for it...after 5 days or 7 have to going out to study...& coz of that i cant do torrent by self my frns does all the things for me..which i m not quite sure abt it
