Today i banned from BitHDtv as i flashed around 22 GB there 7 days before........they are very slow as they banned me today.................now one question for a fresh account should i need to change my MAC (although i have dynamic ip)???

If your IP has changed since you were banned, there's no need to spoof your MAC. Just remember to clear cookies and such.

The only reason to spoof a MAC is to get a new IP if your ISP only provides you a new one if you're MAC has changed.
The MAC itself can't be used to detect you.

it's ok that the MAC itself can't be used to detect you then how BitMe Mods banned me twice when my ip is dynamic.......but when i spoof my MAC then everything is OK..........

Did you check if your IP had actually changed? The fact that it's dynamic doesn't mean that you WILL get a new one when you power cycle your modem - some ISPs only give you a different IP if someone else takes your old one, which can take more than a week. But when spoofing your MAC, you're almost guaranteed to get a new address.

Also, what about cache and cookies?
