PMR problem

pmr works fine for me, tried it on my m8s pc earlier and it brings up an error, the error was in german however and i didn't write it down

i remember one tool needing the .net framework or something and was wondering if anyone knew if this might have been the reason?

Post the error message here.

I think the PMR doesn't need the .NET Framework installed, but reinstalling it wouldn't hurt. Also, what tracker are you trying it on?

i got him to signup at ilovetorrents there and then, and just grabbed a high seed n leeched torrent. wonder if its cuz nothing had been downloaded from the tracker on his acc yet?

Well, when you try to fake download on an already snatched torrent, you'll get an error. But you were flashing upload, right?

afaik upload is already checked by default on pmr startup

if you get an error like 'socket' or 'time out' (without the green bars appearing), just close pmr and repeat the steps - sometimes it takes a few times (1-3) till it works right...its kinda irritating, especially since it doesn't remember previous settings

You're right. These things don't happen with the RatioMaster, but nothing can beat the PMR's "enter upload, point and click" style.

Now, if an option to flash upload was added to the RM...

RatioMaster Restarter? You need the Member user title to access it.
