At what.cd you still need to upload your own 50 or more torrents to be eligible for elite.

Maybe you can get away with it if you use the W-M on a torrent with 30 or more partial seeders, is difficult to find torrents with leechers there, and they turn to seeders really fast, so i don't know, my account is too new to try. Maybe Cutiepie can enlighten us a little more.

Yes, in order to achieve Elite status, you must also upload 50 torrents along with uploading 100GB.
I've been a member for almost a year now and I have been steadily uploading 1-2 GB a day. It will still take me a while before I get to Elite but I am well on my way!
I feel like it's a bit easier to use the "Waffles method" on What.cd because I don't like using the big packs but rather the albums (since the possibility of having partial seeders on albums are very small) and there are more seeders/leechers for albums at What.
I follow Mihai's W-M and my speeds are usually <100kB/s. I just try to remind myself that slow and steady wins the race.

You work like a pro.I'm working to become elite too.Uploaded a lot of torrents until now and going with sizes between 1-5 gb per day.I must say i don't cheat on packs.I mean never.I only cheat at what i download, doesn't matter if it doesn't have leechers at all.I'm not downloading shit from what.cd just to increase my ratio.

Yes if your IP has changed, you've cleared all traces, or even better, are using a different browser.
Make sure you delete all [font="Courier New"].torrent[/font]s from your banned account to avoid mixing them up.

- you cleared all traces, changed your IP, and used a different browser
- you deleted all .torrents from your other account
- the What.cd staff kept an eye on people registering from your location
You could go to their IRC channel and ask why you were banned ;/
