Question Is a Fair P2P Trial Possible?

There has been a lot of court cases in the last week or two involving P2P, but there is something to be pondered, “Is a fair trial even possible?” Given the disparity between the sides in these sorts of cases, the resources, and the history, is the result a foregone conclusion before it’s even started?

I feel its not possible, because P2P has become a basic necessity just like food , water & clothing.
No system can be perfect & foolproof. P2P has been evolved from a system whoose basic principles itself lies amidst cloud of ambiguity ( Internet )

The p2p war/trial or whatever is never meant to be won , but to be sustained

In my country I don't have much faith in the legal system. In my locality it is especially believed to be corrupt by the majority of the residents.

Overall, I don't think that technology related disputes could possibly be settled fairly unless both parties sufficienty understand the the technology involved.

Let's face it P2P is frowned down upon all in most parts of the world, brought upon directly from the suits and their corporations depicting P2P as a crime. Wherever there is a government P2P will be considered the public enemy, be sure of it.
