    has anyone here tried aol IP change on bitme?i am just curious,if you are from a banned country,can you still login and use the account?or all of this is banned there?

    I think it works.It worked on every tracker i know but to be sure wait for DarkSaibot to tell you.
    What does a scene tracker tell to a general tracker?

    I have tried aol ip change only one time to signup on Bitme,after few days i am able to login through my original IP..and my acc is still work...

    If you don't get HTTP 403 when visiting BitMe through AOL, then it most likely works. You always risk another AOLer accessing the tracker and both of you getting banned, though (this is a problem of all public proxies).
