this occasion was supposed to be one of the highest importance in which the president is supposed to talk about general state of his country & strategic decisions for the future, yet he chose to address a question of minor importance compared to one's country priorities which shows political incompetence & a lack of understanding what issues are top priority
if a president cannot or more accurately will not respect the countries highest legal authority, there is no reason to support his presidency anymore (afaik he is violating his presidential oath in this matter)Earlier this month the Constitutional Council, France’s highest legal authority, deemed Internet disconnections unconstitutional, and stopped the law.
