Overdrive is for the official path. You don't need it for the unofficial way.

i agree, but its good to get this picture as it seems TPS forum is gone now, also github link from OP here is outdated as well

Hope someone one day could have time to make an updated list with all infos from here and there

We could definitely use a centralized reference, but this is a lot of data for one person or even a few to handle. I had high hopes for the GitHub, but updates stopped quickly enough

It is one of the most difficult one to rank up to have invite to giveaway. Bib is hard economy. Unless you can upload with strict requirements, you will not be able to download much.
