For PTER, Go to Avistaz,
After good ratio, good buffered, go to pter invite thread and contact him, when he will check, he will contact you, may be it took weeks or a month, depends on users limits too on pter

DIC's recruit at RED is now open. Invites are also being offered on JPOP.
