They do, but the waiting times are crazy and there's no interest on changing that. It's reportedly less bad during weekends.

If you have a weekend where you know you're going to be near the pc I suggest you queue Friday when you get home. Ideally some type of setup where you get notifications would be good except their irc bot for some reason shits itself alot and people have to requeue. If you took something like OPS or What interview it's similar.
RED recruit on some trackers, my suggestion it's not bother doing the interview and join through official recruitment.

Ohh, I'm blind, it's at the bottom. In the upper table the requirements are missing so I didn't bother to check at the bottom.
Recently got into PTP. Didn't think their recruitment would last this long when they started recruiting almost couple years ago. The grind was absolutely worth it! Hope they continue recruiting so people can have a chance.
(But honestly, as great as PTP is, I'm still using BHD most of the time. I think BHD is really becoming a top tier tracker.)
