i dont think desitorrents is difficult to get in
they have recruitment in some trackers and in TPS
and also having said that they are recetnly trying to include more members through recruiment without ny pay to ompete with bwtorrents
so it should stay at level 3 as of now
if they remove recruitments and deal only through pay to leech like ScT it can be moved higer

Assuming you don't have to pay when getting in through recruitment, level 3 sounds good to me.

Only a month or so has passed, at most.

If you think a tracker should be added, removed, leveled up or down, just post here and say why. Remember these levels only indicate how difficult it is to get inside, not to cheat.

Yes, and this has already been said several times. I just added this to the first post:

Remember these levels only indicate how hard it is to get inside a tracker (and the numbers between square brackets, an overall rating). A higher level does NOT mean it's harder to cheat there! It's the Ranklist that rates anti-cheat scripts.

I would probably add x264, with content of 8-9 (for hd freaks), and Trackerlevel of 3-4, because there is a limit of 3 invites for PU and 5 for EliteU. (and it also got a great invite forum with free invites for Trackers like Bitme, BitmeTV, What, Waffles, Music-vids and so on!!!)
Also ...
iTN, with level 2-3 and content of 6, it got shitty pretimes and lacks on members. Invites can be bought with 100 GB credit.
